Lakko koskee kaikkia työpaikan työntekijöitä – the strike on Friday covers all the employees in the workplace

Liittoon on tullut kyselyjä siitä, keitä perjantaina pidettävä lakko koskee. Lakko on laillinen toimi ja koskee kaikkia työpaikan työntekijöitä. Myös niitä, jotka eivät kuulu liittoon tai ovat toisen liiton jäseniä.

The strike that is going to take place 2 – 3 February is a legal industrial action, which means that employers are not permitted to intervene by, for example, preventing their employees from leaving their workplace. Shop stewards will also participate.

The strike covers all the employees in the workplace. Including those, who are not members of the union or are the members of other union than Industrial Union.

The strike covers all the shifts that start after midnight on Friday, 2 February. The strike does not cover shifts that start after midnight on Saturday, 3 February.
