Industrial Union develops its membership service – SMS survey introduced

The Industrial Union and the Unemployment Fund of Finnish Industrial Workers will improve their membership service by introducing a text message survey for getting feedback on customer experience.

From 23rd of February, after you have called the number for employment advice, work environment and social security advice, member services or unemployment fund services, you may receive a text message asking you to respond to a short questionnaire about your experience. You can respond in Finnish, Swedish or English.

It will take a few minutes to answer the survey.
