Industrial Union stages industrial action to oppose Government policies – walkouts in Central Finland and Vaasa
The Industrial Union will continue short-term one-hour walkouts on Wednesday 4 October at 23 workplaces in the constituencies of Southwest Finland and Satakunta.
The walkouts are staged in protest by the Industrial Union’s members against the actions planned by the Government. The measures affecting working life included in the Government Programme all target one specific group: employees. The Industrial Union’s action is part of SAK’s joint Serious grounds campaign, which aims to defend workers against the Government’s unilateral plans to cut and erode employees’ rights.
