Regarding the text changes to the collective agreement, we received improvements to social regulations. Regarding the pay for the first day of sick leave, we received a halving of the employment condition. In the future, a request to postpone annual leave will be considered sufficiently acceptable if the sick leave certificate is submitted to the employer during the annual leave. The family leave reform was also taken into account in the collective agreement entries; in the future, the giving birth parent will be paid maternity leave pay for the working days falling within the 40-day period and parental leave pay will be paid for six working days.
In other respects, the text changes include clarifications to the entries regarding the time of payment of annual holiday pay, the time considered as regular working days, and the changes introduced by the Industrial Disputes Act. The working group entries in the collective agreement seek to improve local agreements and continuous negotiations between unions.
