New collective agreement for delivery personnel approved
The new collective agreement replaces the collective agreement signed between the parties for the period 1 March 2023 to 28 February 2025 as of 1 March 2025. This agreement is valid from 1 March 2025 to 29 February 2028.
Method of implementing the salary review, unless a local salary settlement is reached
In the event that a local salary settlement is not reached, salaries will be increased as follows:
Salary increases
1 July 2025
- General increase 2.5%
1 June 2026
- General increase 2.9%
1 June 2027
- General increase 2.4%
Night shift allowance and orientation allowance will be increased by corresponding increases.
Text changes
The entries in the shift system were clarified for distributions other than seven days. Changes were made to the allocation of annual leave in cases of dismissal and illness. The local agreement working group was introduced as part of the collective agreement and the section on adjustment measures was also clarified.
The collective agreement also agreed on various working groups to develop the collective agreement.
