Which phone service number should I call?
You can get help from the union’s phone service numbers in various situations.
Employment Advice
In employment related questions, call Employment Advice at 020 690 447.
– You can ask Employment Advice about all matters related to collective agreements and conditions of employment, for example midweek holiday compensations, annual holidays, salary increases, employment contracts or service increments. You can also call Employment Advice in matters related to disagreements at the workplace. You may also email your questions to [email protected].
Working Environment and Social Security Advice
The number 020 690 449 is reserved for working environment and social security matters.
– You can call the Working Environment and Social Security Advice number regarding all workplace health and safety and equality matters. The number also helps you with matters related to income during incapacity for work, rehabilitation, and pensions as well as for example questions about parental leave.

Membership Services
In matters related to membership fees, membership fee exemption or, for example, invoice reference numbers of such members who pay their fees themselves and other membership related questions, do contact our Membership Services either by calling 020 690 446 or emailing [email protected].
Employer Services
Employer Services are available for employers by telephone at 020 774 1190 (a toll number) or email at [email protected].
Unemployment Fund Services
In matters related to unemployment security, such as earnings-related allowance and other benefits, you can call the phone service of The Open Unemployment Fund A-kassa at 020 690 455. Members can also contact the unemployment fund through secure form.
Service Hours and Fees
All phone services are available from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 3 pm, with the exception that Member Services are open daily from 8.30 am to 12 am. Also, Material Services closes at 2.30 pm.
Calling the service phone numbers directly costs only the standard local network or the standard mobile rate. When calling the service numbers through the union switchboard, you are charged for the queue time of your connected call.
