The Industrial Union has issued a warning about six-day strikes to the Technology Industries Employers’ of Finland and The Chemical Industry Federation of Finland

The Industrial Union has today, 10 January 2025, submitted a strike warning about six-day strikes to the Technology Industries Employers’ of Finland and The Chemical Industry Federation of Finland.

The strike warning submitted today concerns site-specific work stoppages in technology industry, chemical basic industry and in plastics and chemical products industry. The strikes will be organised between Monday 27 January and Saturday 1 February.

The strike warning concerns 50 companies and a total of 97 sites, employing a total of approximately 13,100 employees.

Workplace-specific work stoppages do not apply to emergency work or work that is essential to protecting life and health.
