The Industrial Union exists so that we, our industry’s professionals, can work together to advocate for our own interests – and get the help and support that we need.
The main benefit of joining the Industrial Union is the collective agreement (TES), which specifies employees’ rights and benefits. Another good reason is the trained shop stewards who represent employees at the workplace.
