As a member, you will always receive help and support

Being a member of the Industrial Union will provide you with security in the face of any problems at work. You will be supported by your own shop steward, your local branch, and the union’s experts and lawyers.

Together, we will identify both the problem and how to resolve it. Solutions to most issues can usually be agreed on with your employer. But if not, we will provide you with legal aid.

If you suspect that you have not been treated fairly – or are unsure about this – you can always contact us.

For example, you may be entitled to considerable compensation for unfair dismissal.
