The collective agreement is the main benefit of joining the union
The main benefit of joining the Industrial Union is the collective agreement (TES), which specifies employees’ rights and benefits.
Legislation only specifies a small part of the rights and benefits of employees.
For this reason, better rules for working life must be agreed upon separately. They are agreed upon through a collective agreement, and we will ensure that this agreement is as good as possible for you.
Matters that are decided upon in the collective agreement include:
- Salaries and wages
- Sick pay
- Working hours
- Vacations
- Compensation for overtime
- Compensation for midweek public holidays
