I have a new mobile phone. Where can I download my mobile membership card?
Log into the eService. Authentication can be done with your personal online banking ID or a mobile certificate.
- Click on Member Information and check that your contact information is up to date.
- Go to Membership cards and select Order a mobile membership card.
You will receive a link on your mobile phone for downloading the card.
How often do I need to renew my mobile membership card?
The mobile card is updated automatically, meaning you do not need to download it again to renew it.
Which mobile phones does the Industrial Union mobile card work on?
The mobile membership card works on virtually all relatively new Android and iPhone smartphones. After you download the card, you need to save it to your home screen. See the manual that came with your phone for instructions on how to save the card.
I just noticed that I provided the wrong phone number. How do I get the card with my actual phone number?

Can I get the mobile card activation link via email?
You can only order the download link to you phone.
I have a Motorola phone. Can I still download the mobile membership card?

Where can I get an insurance certificate if I don’t have a mobile membership card?
You can
- print out your travel insurance certificate through Turva’s online service at www.turva.fi (requires authentication).
- request a certificate by calling +358 1019 5110 or pick one up at a Turva branch office.
- order a certificate at www.turva.fi/teollisuusliitto, and it will be delivered to you by email within three weekdays.
I don’t have a smartphone. Where can I learn about the Industrial Union’s membership benefits?
You can learn more about membership benefits on the Industrial Union’s website at www.teollisuusliitto.fi/en/membership-benefits. We also regularly provide information about benefits through other union channels, such as social media and the magazine Tekijä.
If I change to a different local branch, will it be updated on my mobile card?
No, it won’t. Instead, you need to delete your old mobile card and order a new link to download a new card that will have the updated branch information.
I don’t have online banking credentials (or I share them with my spouse). Where can I get the Industrial Union’s mobile membership card?
You can call the Industrial Union’s membership service and order a card through there.
